"Love Virginia City! Quaint & picturesque. Hotel was great. Only draw back was no Fridge or Microwave in the rooms. General Manager was excellent & very helpful. Cafe food was very good also."

"Everything was good except two things. One, the shower did not get hot enough for our family’s taste. The second one was that the house cleaner came in even after my girls said no you may not come in. She may not have heard it, not sure. It is also my fault that I did not place the do not disturb sign on the door knob when I went down to the laundry room. "

"Decently clean room. For a simple business stay for two nights, i was satisfied with my stay. Staff were courteous and were ready to accommodate whenever i should have needed it. Air conditioning works (used the heater most of the time), towels were replaced before the next night i came back in, and i was able to properly rest. One thing i noticed though was some stains on the towels. If this was cleaned and bleached a little bit better and with care, it would have been a 5 star rating for me...

The beds were on the smaller side, and the walls are fairly thin, we could hear neighbors arguing around 3 a.m., although that’s not really the hotel’s fault. "No elevator. Carrying bags up and down stairs tough for older or handicap people Windows open in stairs and floor. Is there an issue with smell? Room was clean. Bed was hard Thin blanket and too soft pillows. Glad I brought a pillow. Wished I brought my own blanket Tv channels were good. Breakfast was cheap Loud outside from bikes and people talking. No place to eat within walking distance like there used to be. 5 minute drive to nearest food"
