"A beautiful hotel. Great staff too! We had a small issue with the A/C in our original room. They quickly and seamlessly upgraded us to another room and we were on our way. Our room was nice, comfortable and so clean. Breakfast was nice and the lobby area comfortable and welcoming."

"The staff was pleasant and friendly. The room was large and equipped with a microwave oven and refrigerator. Everything in the room worked well. The waterpressure was good and the water got hot. There is no icemaker in the premises. The overall shape of the buildings was a bit run outdated. The door of our hotel room was hung crooked whichl ooked bad and let extra light into the room from the hallway. The bathroom tile and paint looked like it was left halfway completed. "I had to call the after hours line to check in because we got there late in the night. The young man came straight down to check us in and was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy. We were on the 4th floor and the property seemed quiet and safe. "

"Great location for anyone attending a concert at the convention center—just a short walk away. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made the stay very convenient. Perfect choice if you want easy access without worrying about parking or long commutes"

"My family stayed here for 8 days while visiting family and everything was great. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice staff, great breakfast and nice pool. Would definitely stay here again"

"It's was good. The front desk lady accused me of smoking in the room for a second which upset me bc I do smoke but the employees even seen me quite a few times smoking outside, so why would I do that and attempt to throw away security deposit "
