Located in Deerfield Village near Davis, Thomas, Canaan Valley Resort, Timberline Mountain, and Blackwater Falls State Park, Two Pines gives you easy access to some of the best outdoor recreation, dining, shopping, and scenery in West Virginia. After a full day of exploring, come home to a warm wood-burning fireplace, comfortable gathering spaces, and two outdoor decks surrounded by the beauty of the mountains.

THE SPACE
Two Pines Mountain House offers approximately 1,344 square feet of well-planned living space across two levels. With three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a sleeper sofa, and several indoor and outdoor gathering areas, the home provides plenty of space for families, couples, and small groups to spread out and settle in.

The interior blends cozy mountain style with updated finishes, rich colors, natural textures, and distinctive West Virginia-inspired details. Each room has been thoughtfully designed to feel comfortable, welcoming, and memorable without sacrificing convenience.

LIVING ROOM
The main living area is centered around a dramatic stone wood-burning fireplace, making it an especially inviting place to gather during cooler months. Relax on the comfortable seating, watch a movie on the Smart TV, play a record, read a book, or unwind after a day on the slopes or trails.
A sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space when needed. Please note that while the home includes a record player, guests who would like to stream their own music may wish to bring a portable Bluetooth speaker.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The fully equipped kitchen includes updated cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a spacious single-basin sink, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and plenty of cookware and dishes for preparing meals at home.

A Ninja 12-cup coffee maker is provided, along with complimentary coffee grounds to help you start your mornings. The open kitchen and dining areas make it easy to cook, eat, and spend time together without feeling separated from the rest of the group.

Whether you are making a full family dinner, packing lunches for a day outdoors, or simply enjoying coffee before sunrise, the kitchen is stocked with the essentials you will need.

One of the home’s most convenient features is its three full bathrooms, making mornings and evenings easier for groups. Each bathroom has its own distinctive design, updated fixtures, and practical storage.

A hair dryer is located in the primary bathroom vanity, and extra toilet paper is provided in each bathroom.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Two Pines includes multiple outdoor areas for enjoying the mountain setting.

The rear deck features a high-top bar, a six-person dining table, and additional seating, giving guests plenty of room to enjoy meals, drinks, fresh air, and conversation outdoors.

A smaller upper deck is accessible from the New River Gorge Room and includes seating for two with a small table. It is a peaceful spot for morning coffee or a quiet evening outside.

Firewood is stored in the cradle on the front porch. During colder seasons, appropriate fire-starting supplies will also be provided.

GOOD TO KNOW
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Early check-in may occasionally be available by request but cannot be guaranteed.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Two Pines Mountain House is a smoke-free and pet-free property. Smoking is not permitted inside the home or in the outdoor areas.

The home does not currently have central air conditioning. The mountain climate is typically cooler than surrounding areas, and the home includes heating throughout for colder weather.

Because the property includes stairs and a wood-burning fireplace, guests should supervise children carefully.

A digital guidebook will be provided before arrival with check-in instructions, home information, local recommendations, emergency information, and helpful details for your stay.
