Enjoy the open high ceiling great room with 2 comfortable sofas, DirecTV, and a convenient wet bar. The House has a lovely, well-equipped kitchen with smooth top stove, microwave, Mr. Coffee, toaster, blender and ample cookware for family dining. Enjoy meals together at the large dining table, have a snack seated at the kitchen bar. The House also has laundry area with a full-sized washer and dryer.
Four spacious bedrooms are located at the four corners of the home. Town of Dauphin Island occupancy guidelines allow a maximum of 11 occupants (9 adults/children plus 2 children age 12 and under). The Southeast bedroom is equipped with a King bed, DirecTV, private full bath and Gulf front view. The Northeast bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, TV and is located next door to the east hall full bath. The Southwest bedroom is equipped with a King bed, Gulf front view and is next door to the west full bath. The Northwest bedroom is equipped with two sets of bunks with full bottoms and twin tops and TV. Children access the top bunks via the built in stairs. The Northwest bedroom is located next to the west full hall bath.
Located on a large West End Gulf beachfront lot, The House is in the perfect location for fun, family and relaxation! Stroll the beach for miles in either direction, fish, swim, play and relax watching pelicans, dolphins and sunsets from the large open and covered Gulf front deck. Don't forget you also have a gulf front private pool! The private pool can be heated in cooler months to extend the swimming season to more than just summer! *Pool heater is optional and adds an additional $250+tax heating fee per week. Please note that pool heater performance can be greatly affected by Island air temperatures, coastal winds and rain. Water temperature cannot be guaranteed.
