Cute house. Property management isn’t great
First, the house is adorable.We tried to check in about a hour and a half early but couldn’t because they were still cleaning. Totally get it. So go back to the office to get the keys a little before 4 (check in is 4). Still not ready. The house ended up being ready late. Not terribly late but still late nonetheless. We chose this house with an elevator because my elderly parents with bad knees struggle with stairs.Well check in on Saturday figure out the elevator is messed up. Called the office super rude lady who kept speaking over me while I was explaining what all we had done then says “we will have someone come out you don’t have to yell” and hangs up. Umm.. ma’am if you weren’t being incredibly rude I wouldn’t have to speak over you and everything you were so condescendingly telling me to do you would know we had already had done. The super rude lady came, she couldn’t fix it. Maintenance ended up coming. They couldn’t fix it either but they were so kind! They helped us carry all of our luggage and coolers up. It was a lot and pretty heavy. Maintenance said they would be in touch Monday to get it fixed once they talked to the elevator company. Do you think we heard from anyone the entire week we were there? Nope. Not to mention the duct work leaking the from the ceiling the first night. Dripping water bubbling the paint and sheetrock. Management did have someone come out about 930 Saturday night to remedy that. Looks like pet stains on a rug upstairs.
