The online pictures show living areas, kitchens etc but we had one very small room and small bathroom, with no additional living areas, not representative of the photos. If you have mobility issues, this is not your room, as it is three floor walk up. As well, there is very limited parking on site, with overflow parking one block away."

"The staff and our room was great, but getting to it required using the one working North elevator, whose doors close really fast, and which stop only when they hit, hard, on your body, on a stroller. We saw multiple people get hit, one old fellow dropping everything from the impact. Hope it gets fixed soon."
