The spectacular Seal house sits right on the water in Dittisham near Dartmouth. Offering architect designed accommodation for up to 7, our guests enjoy spacious open plan living, an Indoor pool and wooden hot tub with panoramic views of the River Dart. Large lawned gardens lead to the waters edge and a little rowing boat for guests use. Dittisham has 2 pubs and post office within easy walking distance.

Walkthrough...
Arriving from Lower Street through private gates we have space for up to 6 cars on the private driveway.
You enter the property into a spacious hallway there's ample space to leave coats and shoes.

Continue on and there's a huge open plan living area featuring a lounge with comfy seating and wood burning stove. There's also a fantastic kitchen facing out to the water with granite top, breakfast bar and everything you need for your holiday. There's dual Miele Ovens and an American style fridge freezer.
When the weather is good the house offers full indoor/outdoor living thanks to the 3 paneled sliding windows leading out to the expansive decked area.

The whole family can fit around the large dining table with bench seating and we provide a high chair for little ones.

Off this area at one end is the private Master suite with en suite bathroom with stunning freestanding bath, separate shower area, walk in wardrobe and king size bed and separate access to the deck.

To the other end of the living area is the Snug/TV room. There are another 2 sofas and a desk for remote working.

This leads to the second bedroom. A king size room with en suite bathroom.

There are two further bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a single bed. They also share a bathroom. Accessible for guests who use wheelchairs, canes, or other mobility aids.

The garden is expansive and leads down the waters edge. There is a gate at the bottom to stop children being able to access the dock.
