Parking:
The property has the use of a road side garage that houses a standard family sized car. The dimension are: 186cm high x 224cm wide.

Pets:
One well behaved dog is accepted but must be kept off the upholstery and not left unattended in the property.

Rear Garden:
The elevated are in the rear garden is currently out of bounds awaiting groundworks later this year.

Steps:
The property is accessed via a number of steps from the roadside below so may not be suitable for those that struggle with mobility.
