"Absolutely Beautiful! Serene"

"I have no better way to describe this hotel then using the phrase "lipstick on a pig". On the surface my room was clean but after looking around further it was not very clean, they didn't even take the time to wipe the vents that were caked with dust. I have to imagine this is an older Hampton inn because it's not up to the standards of others I've been in recently, it's in need of a remodel. The standards seem more like a Choice brand hotel than a Hilton Property. "

"Great location for Penn's Peak! Rooms were clean and some renovations. Continental breakfast was serviceable. Only real issue was outlets. The bathroom had NONE, one not working near the mirror in the room and one that included the lights between the beds. Had to unplug the TV for hair dryer/irons and had to unplug the microwave to charge a phone near the bed."

"cockroaches, sticky floor, broken blinds, broken bedside table with missing drawer. no bedside lamp. no hangers. kitchenets but no coffeepot, cups, silverware you have to perches them if you want them. not even cardboard cups. "

"Shuttle was fine. Rooms not well insulated for noise, and hallways were noisy. Hallway got really noisy after lobby bar closed."

"Convenient place for a single night in the Allentown area. We were at a concert at the PPL Center which was convenient to the hotel at a very reasonable price. The hotel is older but met our needs. My only complaint was the pillows were very small and soft and on a hard king size bed so took awhile to get comfortable. "

"I will definitely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn again. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated that, unlike many hotels, there weren't any appliances or outlets that had lights on them. Usually, I have to cover multiple glowing lights at night to sleep. The room and bathroom were spotless and clean. After a long car ride, I made use of the hot tub and pool, which were both clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, as were the restaurant and bar staff....

"Upon arrival I was automatically given an already assigned room! ( guest was already using the room ;quite comfortably ). The room that we were then reassigned too had only one light throughout the whole room, television remote was basically falling apart (management taped over the front for better usage); the sheets had burn holes , blanket was terribly thin; we felt as if we were using a throw sheet! Bathroom was disgusting (shower curtain stained deep yellow, toilet was in need of a good deep...
