We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. *This is a dog friendly cabin, allowing up to 2 dogs with a weight limit of up to 50lbs each. A $75 non-refundable pet fee will be charged per pet.



Douglas Lake is a TVA-managed reservoir, so water levels change throughout the year. Summer typically offers the best conditions for swimming, with the lake near full pool. Water levels are generally lowered during the fall and winter months and begin rising again in the spring with rainfall and runoff.
