"Unfortunately we made reservation at the last moment. The Hotel was practically fully booked but one room, which turned out to be a freshly renovated room but in the worst location. Overlooking the parking lot and the neighbors across the street. I suggest anyone who wants to book this Hotel to book a waterfront room. Other than that the Hotel is very nice."

"We arrived tired and late after a SWCP walk and received a warm welcome from staff who went out if their way to accommodate our particular needs. The room was spotless and the hotel very stylish. Location is good and allows easy access into the busy town, and on site parking was plentiful"

"Great facilities, outdoor pool was excellent, staff all very warm & welcoming. "

"Great communications considering it was an on the day booking. Jenny went above and beyond to ensure we was accommodated as a family. We travelled with a portable cot, kettle in room and small fridge. Spacey, clean, tidy and cool. The street could be nosy if you have the front windows open but once closed it's quiet. Would stay again and already recommend a family member to stay! Also great location!"

"Pleasant stay at Grovefield Manor. Close to beach ~ 5 - 6 mins walk. Beautiful sandy beaches, clean and not crowded. Comfy beds and quiet area surrounding hotel. Breakfast good, no cooked breakfast but plenty of options including porridge, crumpets, muffins, cereals, fruit, yogurts, pastries. Very nice restaurant only a few doors away for dinner. "

"Quiet location, very handy for the beach. Bar and restaurant were good as was breakfast. Our room was a bit small but comfortable. Other rooms were bigger. Friendly staff."

"The photos on the web site are deceiving it might look good but in reality the decor is very poor. It needs a freshen up the whole place looks really tired. No staff on site only the maintenance man who was very helpful. Would not recommend."
