"The beach villa was clean, with good quality linens and towels. Welcome fruit and all the toiletries etc for your stay. The staff and manager were incredible, their attention to detail and eagerness to assist was truly a joy! Yhe whole staff team were Professional, courteous and friendly. I would recommend this resort for everybody to meet the real Viet Nam! Its a must. "What an experience . La Costa wasn't just a resort it was like staying at a families house . Staff are very friendly . CHI went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable . She even took me on a food and coffee tour after she got off . I even got to meet the owner of the resort , who is so down to earth and lovely person . The staff took me on a waterfall hike too . Breakfast was amazing . Just everything was 10/10"

"We booked Seaside Boutique with high hopes, but our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived the place felt empty and like a ghost town. You’re not allowed to bring in outside food, so we ate dinner at the restaurant — we were the only guests there and the staff were unhelpful and rude. The facilities were in terrible condition. The outdoor furniture and beach chairs were broken, the deck was unsafe for children, and the advertised “beautiful playground” was rusted and falling apart....

"The accommodation is acceptable though it is not my standard of accommodation. The owners are exceptional people with great service. The relationship is like family and we became friends too. The guesthouse is really cute and more suited for young people, backpackers kind. As I'm older and seek high standard of creature comforts, it is still acceptable as everywhere was full. Phong, his wife & their 2 little cute daughters made up for it! However, 1 big setback was that it was along the highway...

"I stayed here during the big storm and flood. Hotel had no electricity, no hot water, no wifi for 2 days. They still charged me a full price. Hotel is very isolated from restaurants, no access of transportation …taxi, Grab… very inconvenient. "

"Nice site and they gave me Freee upgrade quiet room was nice but the staff lack professionalism, the spa was the worst back massage I ever had but at least they refund me after I complained and most staff does not speak any English"
