As you drive down the winding driveway through the woods to this Cedar Chalet, hidden among the trees, all your worries go away. This peaceful home takes you away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With an open-concept which creates a communal atmosphere. The high vaulted ceilings with multi-pane windows creates ample space in the living area. The fireplace naturally heats the main living area. The In-Ground heated pool and the large deck for those nice warm summer nights. *****The property does have cameras outside for safety reasons.

Perfect!

This place was amazing! Beyond the stay the host was extremely communicative. She was so helpful and kind! The location is isolated and perfect if you’re looking to find peace and serenity this place is perfect!

Perfect Spot for a Reunion with Friends

I selected the home because it was close to Lake Winola, where we had our high school class reunion. The house was immaculate and had many areas where we could sit and catch up. Although the weather didn't cooperate, we were able to take a dip in the beautiful pool. We would definitely book there again.

Great weekend getaway

If you are looking for peace and quiet with some nice amenities like a heated pool, look no further. The location is definitely off the beaten path, so be prepared, but Albana was fantastic to work with. We loved the pool on the hot days and the house was nicely furnished and equipped.

Well appointed, clean and quiet!

Family of six had a great stay at the Cozy Cedar Chalet. Remote, quiet location but not too far off the beaten path. Home is roomy, well laid out, and immaculately clean. Host was in contact, interested and organized. We will come back in the summer!

Perfect escape!

Our stay was amazing and peaceful, this location is the perfect getaway. The property is so beautiful and well maintained. The pool is fantastic! We were able to enjoy the pool even on the chilliest days :) The home was very clean, tastefully decorated, clutter free and so well equipped - from fun games for all ages nicely arranged on a bookshelf, to a well appointment kitchen with all the tools / cook wear you could possibly need. The beds are extremely comfortable. The host was so friendly and gracious and quick to respond when I had questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Very relaxing

This home is even nicer than the pictures. We enjoyed days filled with relaxing by the pool, reading and cooking family dinners. The property feels secluded and smack in the middle of the forest; which we loved. There are plenty of options for anything you need within 20 minutes.

Welcome oasis in the country

My family stayed in the chalet while visiting family nearby. It was a welcome oasis during a very hot week. We enjoyed the pool and the screened in porch for relaxation and the kitchen was well equipped for us to cook meals. The house was very clean and the decor was tasteful. We would happily stay here again. Our favorite local picks are Marty’s market in Lake Winola to stock up on supplies, Twigs Cafe in Tunkhannock for dinner and Mannings ice cream in Clarks Summit for a treat.

Perfect getaway!

The home is roomy, spacious and very well decorated. Amazing vibes all around, all the necessary basic things were present and we never felt like we were missing something the property has a cherry on the top which is the pool and the peacedul and quiet surroundings were just what we needed. The hosts are great with communication and the cleanliness of accommodations! A short ride to a town nearby for any coffee or stores and in general we had a very satisfying stay that was only positive all around ! Thank you!

LOVELY CHALET

My husband and I rented this chalet for a few days of R&R and it was worth it. The house is so pretty, very tastefully decorated and very, very clean. The pool was sparkling and it being heated was a plus. The surroundings were serene and peaceful. Albana was a great hostess, responding to my texts very quickly and offering any help we might need. I would recommend this beautiful home.
