"Yes it’s an older property but so are the majority of places to stay in Ouray. Room was large and clean. Had everything we needed. It was cold outside in the 20’s and we didn’t have to put the heat on. Breakfast was fine, was to be expected. Gentleman that was at the front was extremely nice and friendly and explained everything. "

"This was our second time staying at Abram. If I could give them 15 stars-- I would-- the two rooms we have stayed in were immaculately clean-- and the furnishings are top notch. Everything worked exactly as it should, and you are within walking distance from down town. I hope to stay with them again when we visit the beautiful mountain town of Ouray. "

"The room was clean and in order. I had a poor experience with the hot springs hot tub pools being very dirty and algae-filled. I made the mistake of getting there after dark and getting in the pool with my light colored bikini and being very sorry when I got back to my room to find it was completely ruined by the algae in the hotsprings pool. On the plus side- I have to talk-up Tim in the Spa. His massage was awesome and I would love to go back for service from him. Please clean the pools so...

"We enjoyed ourselves staying here. I especially love the bath tub. I soaked in the every night before bed. The staff is very friendly and helpful and parking was very convenient. We'll definately stay again. "

"The staff were very helpful and kind. Water pressure in shower was not very good. Hot water in bathroom sink was a trickle. Bed was super comfy. Hot Springs King room does not mean there is a hot springs tub next to your room. Made a mistake with that. Paid $20 extra a night for nothing extra. Could have just booked the king bedroom and call it good. "

"Highly recommend. We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin by the river and were super impressed. 2 hot tubs and all the services you would need. Friendly staff who were very accommodating. We hope to stop there again in the future! "
