You will be minutes from downtown Grapevine in this charming lakeside cottage. Recently updated. Relax on the large outdoor patio overlooking Lake Grapevine, enjoy s'mores in the fire pit and experience dining and shopping in historic downtown Grapevine. The house backs to Katie's Woods Park and the lake.

Walking distance to Gaylord Conference Center
Minutes from DFW Airport
1.5 miles to Historical Main Street Grapevine
3 miles from Southlake Town Square
Less than 20 miles to ATT stadium, Globe Life Park and Texas Motor Speedway

Guests can access a public boat ramp 200 yards away from the back door. There are also miles of accessible bike and hiking trails.

Please let us know how we can make your stay as comfortable as possible. We will take special requests, stock food and beverages and have bikes available for your enjoyment.

It was just what we needed for a conference at the Gaylord. Clean, well supplied, and great location. We enjoyed our morning walks around the lake and the hospitality of the host.

Class of 2025 Valedictorian

As we were visiting Texas for the high school graduation celebrations and ceremonies of two grandkids, I thought I would stay with the theme by pronouncing this perfect cottage valedictorian--first in its class. Richard's home provided us the perfect location, comfortable accommodations and a nice little escape by the lake to recover from all of the celebrating.

Close by and so comfy

Home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood; plentiful with birds, squirrels and nice shady trees. Many people walk, ride and enjoy the lake nearby. Comfortable bed and easy walk to Gaylord.
