The apartment is exclusively yours without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind and make yourself at home.

Parking is located on the complex. Please DO NOT PARK in any parking spaces labeled `Reserved`. Your car will be towed, and we will not be liable.

Parking permits are located inside the unit. They are green and to be left on vehicle dashboard (please do not remove them from the plastic). Visitor passes are also located inside the unit. These are to be hung from mirror if you expect any guests, they must park in the spaces next to the dumpsters labeled `Visitors`.

Parking in front of the building isn’t guaranteed, but you can use any available spaces within the property following the rules. Complexes are built to accommodate one visitor per unit. Even so, all parking spaces may occasionally be occupied due to high traffic, but if contacted, we can always provide a resolution or alternative.

I am accessible to my guests via phone or through the app.

Expect a quick and prompt response. I give my guests space but am readily available if needed.

The health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance! For this reason, we pride ourselves in our cleanliness protocol to ensure we exceed every guest`s expectation before, during and after they leave.

A flat $25 pet fee per pet per night applies for approved pets.

Note: Pets must be on a leash when roaming within the complex.

UNDECLARED PETS: $300 FEE IF NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION COUNT BEFORE CHECK-IN.

Early check-in fee of $40 (must be requested before 9am on day of check in)
Late check-out fee of $100

Trash Disposal Policy - Please bag all trash and place it in the designated on-site bins before checkout. Leaving more than one bag behind may be considered excessive and could result in a $200 fee. Thanks for helping us keep the home clean and ready for the next guests!

HOUSE RULES:

PARKING:
-Each unit receives 1 parking permit and 1 visitor pass.
-Park only outside the gate in available spaces. Visitor spaces are by the dumpster, labeled “visitors” in white. All unlabeled spaces are for permit holders.
-Do not park in spaces labeled “reserved” — cars will be towed!
-Display the green parking permit on your dashboard during the entire stay
-Maximum of two vehicles per unit. Additional vehicles must use nearby public parking.

UNRETURNED PARKING PASS:
-Please return your parking pass before departure.
-Lost or unreturned passes incur a $500 fee.

Pets:
-$25 per pet, per night fee for approved pets.
-Pets must be leashed when outside in the complex.
-Undeclared pets (not included in the reservation before check-in) incur a $300 fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT:
-Early check-in: $40 (request before 9 AM on day of arrival).
-Late check-out: $100 (request before 9 AM on day of departure).

PLUMBING:
-Do not flush toilet paper, wipes, or other items down the toilet. Please use the trash bin provided to avoid plumbing issues.

TRASH DISPOSAL:
-Bag all trash and place it in the designated on-site bins before checkout.
-Leaving more than one bag behind may result in a $200 fee.

NOISE & SMOKING POLICY:
-No parties or smoking allowed.
-Minut noise and smoke detectors are installed and monitored at all times.
-Excessive noise or smoke detected may result in reservation cancellation and eviction.
-$400 deep cleaning fee applies if smoking is found in the unit.
-$400 deep cleaning fee applies if partying is found in the unit.

QUIET HOURS:
-10 PM to 9 AM — no amplified sound audible beyond the property line.
-No congregation of occupants outside the premises during quiet hours.

LOST AND FOUND:
-$70 service fee applies for returning lost items, whether picked up or delivered.
