Conveniently located with 15 mins from DFW Airport, around 30 mins from Dallas and Fort worth Downtown,10 mins from Lewisville lake. This home has 4 bedrooms with 2.5bath. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for both short term and long term stays. The home has 2 4K tv's with Netflix and high speed internet. Coffee machine, bread toaster all basic kitchen supplies, office table,4' Air hockey machine.

Upstairs has 2 Full baths. The master bathroom has a tub,shower, 2 Sinks and a walk-in closet.

The second full bath has a Tub, commade and sink.

1 Sized kitchen with all pots,pans,plates, coffeemaker, Dishwasher,Sink,Stove,Oven, refrigerator and Microwave

Three House Rules -
1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM

There are 2 Video camera's and 1 Ring video door bell that will be Constantly recording on the exterior of the property. The 2 exterior camera’s viewpoints are the 1st one to monitor the front side of the house,2nd camera view point is monitor the driveway and backside of the property. The ring door bell is monitor people at front door.

Disappointed: -house not recently remodeled. Needs interior paint. -bath mats and towels, a very poor quality -house needs to be clean. Dirty floors, greasy light switches. -bedsheets have stains and won’t sleep in them. -middle bedroom bed has broken slats and other furniture that’s not sturdy -yards need to be cut and don’t appear as they are in the photos -wi-Fi needs to be upgraded as TV constantly buffers. Additionally, when emailed owner of issues my message was ignored. House has great potential, but not there yet. Pictures are not an accurate reflection of property.

I LOVED IT

I love this property me and my friends were in town for the weekend the host was really respectful, quick to respond and answered some of the questions I had regarding the house! The rooms are my favorite part about this house each I room has a different vibe to it which I loved the most. The area was perfect I felt safe to stay in. If your looking for a gateway house this is it to relax and spend time with family/friends.

Clean and kid friendly home

Overall I was very impressed with this house. It was very clean and the host was quick to respond to messages. It was in a great neighborhood with sidewalks. My only note is that there were limited utensils and kitchen ware, so if you plan to cook many meals, you may want to plan ahead. Overall, I was very pleased with the house and would rent again.
