  • Enjoy this 3 bedroom 2 bath one story in Mckinney. The home is bright and welcoming and boasts luxury vinyl plank throughout as well as quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. The bathrooms have quartz countertops, brushed nickel fixtures and a spa-like feel. Enjoy the cute front porch, large back yard, ping pong table and games in the garage and open living space. You can take in some rays and swim at the neighborhood pool during the summer.

    This location is perfect for a family or work trip, spending time with family and friends during the holidays, vacation stays or extended stays. Universal Kids Resort is 12 minutes (6 mile drive) from the home. Drive 15 minutes for a day in historic downtown Mckinney or it's a 20 minute drive to hang out in Frisco at the Star, Stonebriar Mall, nearby movie theaters or Toyota Stadium. Grandscape with unlimited activities and restaurants is just 20 minutes away . Travel 40 minutes to downtown Dallas where you can go to the Dallas Zoo and the Dallas World Aquarium, attend musicals, eat out, visit fun parks and much more!

Very comfortable!

We were all very impressed. Such a beautiful open area are the living room and the kitchen. All the rooms are true to the pictures on the website. Nice little backyard, everything was clean and bright. We enjoyed our comfortable stay immensely.

Stayed here for the 2024 Total Eclipse. Super clean and the living area nice and open. Very safe neighborhood. Host very responsive - gave us excellent recommendation for TX BBQ.

Family Getaway back to school

This is hands down one of the nicest and cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The owners had literally thought of so many extra little things that made our stay more enjoyable. From bottled water, nice coffee and creamers to very nice furnishings. You can tell they care a lot about making it feel like home. Would highly recommend.

Perfect McKinney home

Rental was outstanding. Immaculate and perfectly proportioned for a family of 5. There were lots of games and activities available at the house to keep 3 boys content and happy. The location was ideal too with lots of delicious brunch places nearby as well as an Anytime fitness gym within walking distance. Will definitely rent again.

Awesome house and great location

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Great location, cute neighborhood. We were out exploring most of the days but we came back to the house to rest and play games. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We even walked to the nearby park to play for a bit. I would definitely recommend this house!

two weeks in McKinney

The home was as advertised- comfortable and clean. My 8 year old grandson spent one night at the place and I was comfortable having him there. Neighborhood is a quiet residential area. Owners were quick to respond.

Immaculate yet welcoming at the same time

This was our 2nd time staying and it was just as immaculate as the first time. We also appreciate the attention to details such as having extra kitchen towels on hand, an overabundance of towels of differing sizes in the bathrooms, extra soap etc. The dining room was the perfect size to just relax and have simple healthy meals in rather than eating out every night. Will be back again. Thank you.

Very nice house

Our family of 4 adults and 1 child stayed here while visiting for Christmas and the house. The layout was open and comfortable, with all rooms on the main floor. The house had been recently updated and everything was clean and fresh. The location is in a nice neighborhood convenient to the McKinney and Frisco areas with plenty of restaurant and shopping choices. A nice playground is within a short walk.
