Welcome to our wonderful, family-friendly vacation rental in The Colony, TX! Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps up to 6 guests and is the perfect choice for your getaway with loved ones.

With TVs in every bedroom, you and your family can enjoy your favorite shows and movies from the comfort of your cozy beds. Outside, the community pool and hot tub provide endless hours of fun, relaxation, and memory-making moments.

Our location can't be beat! We're just minutes away from Frisco and Plano, with world-class entertainment, shopping, and dining experiences. And with easy access to DFW airport, getting to our rental is a breeze.

This property was very clean. The property manager responded instantly to my text messages. The check in process instructions were clear and easy. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and we walked to restaurants. We would stay here again.

Booked this apartment for a long weekend getaway with my son. The apartment is just as advertised. Beautiful property conveniently located close to Legacy West and other popular places. Plenty of space for the two of us. It’s a top floor unit so no one above you but there are two flights of stairs and no elevator so hopefully that isn’t an issue for you. Convenient valet trash which is also nice. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very nice space, just as advertised. In a beautiful neighborhood! Make sure to visit the Truck Yard and Hutchins bbq if you stay!

The property is located in a great spot, not necessarily walking distance (most things you get on the highway to get to). But still a short 5 minute drive. The place could use some TLC to make the stay more enjoyable like curtains in the bedrooms to make it darker when sleeping and an upgraded living room couch. The place was reasonable and worked for what we needed for the weekend.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to entertainment and grocery stores. We especially appreciated the security with the gated parking lot. Perfect place for two couples with each having their own bathroom. Excellent communication with hosts - they responded immediately to our one issue and was resolved right way. I would stay here again!

Spent 5 days at this unit and it was too short of a stay! Everything you need, close to EVERYTHING in the area, probably the most comfortable beds I have slept in for a short term rental and a beautiful/safe complex! Communication with the host was easy and although the instruction for checkin and checkout was detailed and lengthy, it was simple to follow as it was clear and concise. Unless already booked, I will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area for work!

Jamie & Terian we AMAZING host!!! The apartment was exactly as described! We had everything we need, and it was very well kept, and clean! The beds were also comfortable, which is always a big plus!! We did have a a little hiccup in the start of our stay, but let me tell you these two went above 👆 and beyond to make sure the issue was corrected and our stay was enjoyable!! Having an attentive host, is so important, as they continued to check on us and make sure all things were fixed and we were comfortable!! We will definitely be staying with Jamie and Terian anytime we are in the colony area and only needing a small apartment! It’s perfect for a group of 6, or even 4! I can assure you, that you can book with confidence when booking this unit, or any properties hosted by these amazing host!! Thank you again! We can’t wait to come back! - Sara P.
