The water was out for about 4 hours after we checked in, so we couldn’t use the toilet or showers before we went to dinner. They didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. I even tried to call down to the front desk/manager and no one answered the phone. I know that this property is also a pet friendly hotel, but our room smelled like cat pee and we had to use a room deodorizer every time we entered for it to be tolerable. Upon check out, since I’m a Hilton member, they said they would give me “points” to make up for the inconveniences and nothing ever showed up and there is no record on my account. I gave the person at the front desk my email, phone number, and rewards number. I know the water situation could not be helped, but nothing was done to alleviate the situation. Overall, not impressed with how everything was handled.
