The room was adequate for our 2-night stay, smelled good, and quiet.
Breakfast was the standard buffet. Morning coffee, tea, hot water were available. Fresh fruits were not so fresh, kinda soggy, and maybe days old.
The main complaint I had, which I brought to the manager's attention happened when a member of our group couldn't get in because his key card didn't open the front entrance (not sure why, even though it worked with our room). Exhausted from work, he went back to his car and ended up sleeping out there in the cold for more than an hour after midnight. He didn't want to disturb us so he called the front desk, but no one was there to let him in. It wasn't until one of us in the group woke up past 2AM and realized that he didn't make it inside. She went downstairs to fetch him, didn't see any attendant, and opened the main door.
If this didn't happen, I would have given this location 4 stars. If the response from management was more compassionate instead of asking "how many times did he try to call the front desk?" I'd probably give it 5 stars.
