    We genuinely love this home, a newly renovated from top to bottom, beautiful, and extremely clean home in a quiet and safe neighborhood with brand new furniture, plus, enjoying a limited edition of our home with our Christmas decor!

    Cleaners thoroughly clean the house after every guest. No exception!

    Centrally located - Just minutes to both 75 and 121, Downtown McKinney, Sheraton, McKinney Medical City, Allen Premium Outlet, Shopping malls, groceries, restaurants, museums, etc...

    Complimentary toiletries, coffee, filtered water, washer dryer, Netflix, wifi, and more!

    Enjoy 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a King Bed, a Queen, and a full/twin bunk bed that comfortably sleeps 6! Master bedroom features a large garden tub and standing shower with a huge walk-in closet.

    For your entertainment, we have a 65 Smart TV in the living room, a 55 Smart TV in the master for the whole group, mini golf pool, board games, wall games, and a foosball table for your competition.

    3 separate work stations with fast Wifi for your WFH travelers.

    The house has a fully stocked kitchen and includes an electric 4 burner oven with all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils needed to cook the perfect meal.

    We also feature a backyard with seating that is perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.

    The interior exudes a modern charm with a stunning color palette of gold and navy tones, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. Situated just behind the scenic Wilson Creek Walking Trails, you'll have nature's beauty right at your doorstep, perfect for morning strolls or weekend adventures.

    Although we allow bookings with children and infants, our house is not child-proof and infant-proof. We are not responsible for any injury or accidents.

    100% of the cleaning fee for this property goes to supporting local cleaners.
    There is no smoking and no pets allowed on the property.

Very nice home, spaceous and comfortable. Easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. Close proximity to Highway 75 and the Sam Rayburn tollway. The new Mckinney Greens Park was just around the corner.

Great stay!

Had a great stay for a few days for a family wedding. Property was very nice and spacious. Will rent again if ever in the area!

Perfect Location for a McKinney Event

Lovely home, very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect location for a local wedding. We enjoyed all the games during our downtime!

Amazing Property

My family and myself had an amazing time. My daughter said yes to the dress and we were able to enjoy family at the house. Very clean and easy access. Location is perfect to not only restaurants and retail stores.

Great Experience

Overall, this is an amazing property. Everything needed was available. We enjoyed the ability to walk or uber everywhere we wanted to go during our stay. Very clean& comfy house!

Wonderful Stay!

We absolutely loved the house! The property manager was very helpful, quick to respond within a timely fashion, and very sweet. It was a wonderful space and a great rental. Very clean and organized, and any questions we had we were able to get answered. It says on the listing no shoes in the house, which we respected, and they even provided slip on sandals to use at each of the doors to make it easy to run outside to take out trash or hang out in the backyard. 10/10 I would recommend this property! We all said we would even love to stay again the next time we visit the area.

Super clean kitchen stocked with everything you could need. The bathrooms/laundry room were also filled with an ample supply oftoiletries . It was nice to not have to go out and try to get travel sized everything. The location is awesome! I’m not sure if Texas just doesn’t cut grass short, but the yard was way overgrown, so we couldn’t use the backyard. Although, all the neighbors had the same kind of yard. The floors needed serious cleaning, even though there were two Shark roombas. Every time the roomba bumped into anything, dirt and hair would fly out and spread all over. I think they just needed to be cleaned out and the floors mopped. That would be the only complaint and would be fixed easily. House was beautiful.
