"As soon as I arrive and checkout all the staff were exceptionally friendly, happy and very helpful with any questions i had. The room was very spacious, extremely clean and tiday. Bed was amazing. The breakfast included was delicious every morning out on the balcony as I listend to the birds singing. I didnt want to leave as Dalat is a beautiful town to stay in. "

"I love the view here! I am a Malaysian and travelling with my sister. The bed is so comfy and so clean. Oh yeah, it looks quite small in picture but in reality it fits just fine. They have extra sofa bed in rook just in case you want to have extra bed space. They speaks limited english, but you can use translate. There are motorbike rental service as well for 130,000 vnd per day. I wish coffee and other condiments are provided for free. We ate a few of it and we need to pay hehe "

"Everything was great. We stayed at the Grand suite. My only suggestion or wish that would improve my experience is that the bed is too hard for me. I have previous injuries, so it affected my sleep a bit. Other than that staff and cleanliness and amenities were great"

Personalet var super søde, hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Det eneste lillebitte minus var at vi selv måtte henvende os i receptionen for at få mere toiletpapir, men ellers var det helt fantastisk. "
