  • This beautiful apartment on the ground floor for up to four people (+ baby) with an attractive equipment. It corresponds to modern standards and offers you a living room with a built-in kitchen integrated into the living room and a separate dining area. The apartment offers two large bedrooms, each with a double bed. The modern daylight bathroom and the spacious south-west terrace complete this great offer. A parking space is right in front of the house. Only small dogs may be brought into this property.
    Washer and dryer are in the basement of the house (for a fee).


    Investment:

     In our "Haus Strandburg" in Dahme, which was completely renovated in 2014, there are 4 residential units for up to 4 people each with two bedrooms. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location with south-west orientation. WiFi is available throughout the house. The parking spaces are right on the doorstep. All apartments meet the latest and most modern standard. The beach is in the immediate vicinity. Small dogs can be brought on request. This is where the best time of the year starts on the Baltic Sea!

Super Wohnung waren schon zum 5. mal da, immer top. Alles da was man braucht. Betten ok, alles sauber und gepflegt. Buchung auch keine Probleme. Immer wieder Top. Das einzige was fehlt, ist eine kleine Kommode/Regal als Ablage für Schlüssel, Sonnenbrille, Portemonnaie usw.

Urlaub in so einer sauberen Wohnung zu beginnen, haben wir als wohltuend empfunden. Vermisst haben wir ein Radio, sowie eine kleines Schränkchen, Anrichte, das man gut an der Wand, zwischen den Türen zu den Schlafräumen stellen könnte. So hätte man die Möglichkeit Handys etc. dort abzulegen.

Wir waren im Sommer 2024 als Familie zu Besuch in der Ferienwohnung Sanddorn, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und war sehr sauber, sogar an die Fenster waren blitzeblank. Die Raumaufteilung ist zweckmäßig und gut gewählt, nur der Abstand vom Sofa zum Fernseher war sehr gering, das hat ein wenig gestört. Neben dem Essen-/Wohnbereich gibt es noch ein Badezimmer mit einer Dusche und ein Schlafzimmer sowie ein Kinderzimmer. Besonders gut hast uns an der Erdgeschosswohnung der direkte Zugang zum Garten und zur Terrasse gefallen. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend, jedoch hätten wir uns gern ein bisschen mehr Besteck, Gläser und alltagstaugliche Dinge (mehr Töpfe, Sieb) gewünscht. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, ist das die Betten nicht bezogen waren, obwohl wir das Bettwäschepaket gebucht haben, das kennen wir von anderen Ferienwohnungen anders. Der Preis für die Nutzung der Waschmaschine und des Trockners, mit jeweils 3 Euro, haben wir als zu hoch empfunden. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt, da man in ca . 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand ist und der Ortskern auch nur ca. 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Ferienwohnung wieder buchen.

Schöne, moderne und sehr saubere Fewo in Strandnähe. Es hat alles wunderbar gepasst und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Toll um mit dem Rad zu fahren oder einfach einen schönen Strandtag zu erleben.
