This is no tiny two bedroom cabin! With an open floor plan and a modern design, the large dining and living areas make it perfect for entertaining.

The master bedroom features a king bed and vaulted ceiling, as well as a spacious bathroom with a custom shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. There are also two roll-out cots for extra guests.

Enjoy the six-person hot tub and the fenced-in backyard, a beautiful garden area with patio and outdoor fireplace, perfect for a family barbeque.

- The house is on a shared driveway with two other houses (one tiny home, and another small house also used as a vacation rental). The tiny home is used for storage. If you would like to read the reviews or book the other small house, just let us know and we can send over the link.
- Wi-Fi is shared with the small house. Guests can expect internet download speeds around 105 Mbps.

Important things to know:
• Dogs are allowed with our pet fee of $85 plus tax per pet. If you've added dogs to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional dogs after booking. Please inquire before booking if you have more than 4 dogs.
• There is a $27 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $500 in accidental damages, if guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding $500 will be charged to the guest's payment method.
• We provide 1 roll of paper towels, bar soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and plenty of towels and linens.
• The gas to the fireplace is turned off from May 1 to October 1.
• We have a propane grill, and we provide propane.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $20 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $20 per hour.
• The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay.
• This listing uses a dynamic pricing algorithm; prices are updated daily.
