Our expectations may have been too high.
The facilities and fixtures are beautiful, and the 250-meter pool is truly impressive. The pool-view room was spacious and offered a nice view.
However, another hotel of the same brand on the same street feature open-air corridor designs where opening the door leads to lush gardens. They also offer stronger water pressure and more stable hot water in the showers, double sinks in the bathrooms, a more varied breakfast buffet, and outdoor tables where you can dine while enjoying the breeze. In comparison, the Sheraton fell a bit short in these areas.
In addition, when going from the second floor or above in the annex to the front desk, you must first go down to the first floor, walk to the main building, and then go back up to the second floor, which was somewhat inconvenient.
That said, the staff service was excellent. Everyone was consistently polite, sincere, and attentive.
