Charming facilities in a quiet, leafy street, but close to An Thuong restaurants and cafes, and 10 minutes walk to beach, with lovely, friendly staff. Things to improve: - Stained towels/worn, dirty bath mat needs replacing - Jammed toilet flush button/ No bidet - Fridge needs a separate electric circuit to stop defrosting/ leaking water when out of room - Hot water to bathroom faucet would help shaving - Security safe would also be good

Great cheap place to stay

Decent place, cannot complain at all given the price of the place. the only thing to improve would be the hot water in the bathroom never lasted long.

quiet small family run hotel

This hotel is at the budget end but good for couples not wanting the "hostel" experience. The tiny balcony was a great addition. Twin beds not so good for us though.

Mrs Kim is wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. She will do anything to make your stay more comfortable. The staff were great except for the grumpy old man with glasses, dont ask him for anything! The room was a bit outdated and in need of a fresh coat of paint, shower was powerful with cold and hot water, AC worked well. Location was also great, not too far from the beach. Would be better if the staff could speak better English for when Mrs Kim isn't around.

Great room and service

This hotel is just amazing. It's in a quiet and safe alley, just a few meters from a big street full of local restaurants, nice coffee shops and few minutes walking to the beach. The room was big and well designed, balcony and kitchen, like an actual apartment. Owners of this hotel are honest and attentive to make you feel comfortable. They give this place a very good vibe! Totally recommended to everybody.

슬리퍼 욕실화 없음 하지만 직원분은 친절

음.. 그날 체크인때부터 밤 9시까지 바로 앞 가게?에 노래자랑 대잔치가 열람 옆에 공사 씨끄러움은 들리지 않을정도 방은 깨끗했으나 뇩실에도 욕실화가 없고 방에도 슬리퍼도 없음. 화장실 한번 가려면 발 다 더러워짐 그리고 방 구석마다 곰팡이가 좀 있음 곰팡이 부분엔 벽지도 뜯기려고 함. 전반적으로 그래도 깨끗하고 친절하고 체크아웃때 생수도 주심 웃는 모습도 예쁘시고. 근데 아침 8시에 아침 먹으러 나가는데 체크아웃 시간이 1시까지인데 8시에 잠깐 나가는 사람에게 몇시에 체크아웃 할꺼냐 해서 꼭 빨리 나가라는것처럼 들려서 예정보다 1시간 반 넘게 일찍 나감. 내가 그리 빨리 나갔음 하는가 싶은데 친절은 하신데 내가 10시나 11시쯤 어디 나갔음 몰라도 좀 그랬음. 일단 노래자랑 대잔치와 슬리퍼 문제가 너무 힘들었고 냉장고 없는줄 알았는데 냉장고도 있고 티비는 못알아듣지만 트는 편인데 나오질 않음 그리고 방에는 휴지통이 없음. 하지만 젊은 여자 직원분이 너무 친절해서 뭐라 못함. 한적한쪽이라 밤에 여자 혼자 여행 오신분들은 살짝 무서울 수도 있음. 하지만 그게 또 조용하지도 않아서 처음에 도착했을땐 직원분 너무 친절해서 다음 다낭은 여기서 연박해야겠다 했는데 잘 모르겠음.

Great place for the price!

Very happy with my week-long stay here. Easy walk to My Khe. Great value and the operators provide great service. Only quibble would be the bed, which wasn't overly comfortable.

Comfort and privacy on a budget

A great budget option that gives you your own private room with ensuite bathroom. Although the hotel has seen better days, it’s still clean and comfortable. It’s just an 8-min walk to the bus stop and a 7-min walk to My Khe beach. Right next door is a lovely noodle shop you can have breakfast at. Only 20k for pho. And next to it a nice local coffee shop. And beyond that lots of local restaurants for cheap eats. Plus point - the reception is warm, friendly and helpful.

혼자서 지냈는데 침대가 엄청컸네요!! 가격대에 비해 깔끔하고 친절도는 만점!! 마지막날밤에 작은 벌레가 나타났지만 그건 어디에나 있는거라...ㅎㅎㅎ에어컨만 세척하면 만점이네요!!주변에 로컬식당 많고 로컬카페도많고 바닷가는 걸어서 5분정도!! 편히 쉬다왔습니다

Pleasant Encounter with Hotel Owners

We had stayed in My An Dong a few days before and after we went to Ba Na Hill in end September 2017 due to its proximity to beaches and other attractions. While having breakfast the first morning, we met a nice couple and it turned out that they are the hotel owners (we did not think they saw us beforehand). They were nice enough to invite us for breakfast and prepared it personally. The personal touch was vastly different from other places we have been to. The overall service deserves to rank Excellent and above.

Nicest people on the planet.

Vietnam in general has some very nice people but Kim and her staff might be the nicest people in all of Vietnam. Over the top kind and you simply can't beat the price.

The best hotel I've been to in Vietnam

My An Dong is a really really good hotel! They were extremely nice to me and let me check in at 8am! The room was surprisingly big! There even was a kitchen area inside the room - i was on the ground floor behind the reception (i just booked a room for 1). The breakfast every morning was amazing (really good Vietnamese noodles soup). The whole entire hotel is spotless clean, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location was convenient for me (plenty of places to eat nearby) and the wifi was very good. Honestly it was the best hotel i had in Vietnam (i went to 6 different establishments throughout my trip so far). I give My An Dong a 7 star rating!

Lovely

Lovely place, run by a small family. The lady who runs it is very sweet and helpful and really looks out for you. On my first night my flight was delayed and I ended up getting to the hotel late at night - was about to go find a place that was open to get some dinner and she offered to make me dinner instead. The room was also really nice. Appreciated the free bike hire and breakfast too. Would highly recommend staying here

Like staying at the neighbor's house..........

The owner/mgmt made me feel like I was staying at their house....... I came back from the beach and asked me if I would like breakfast. I was going to the airport about lunchtime, and asked me if I might be hungry for a bowl of noodles before I went. Obviously a F&B mgr might do the same, but this was genuinely like a family friend making sure I was doing fine. It was all a very welcoming experience. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach area, so very convenient. Going in the other direction (behind the university) is a street with cafes, rstrnts, etc. The area right around the hotel is quite residential and very quiet.. There are bicycles at the hotel, and rental motorbikes nearby, so can use to get about.

Sehr nettes sauberes hotel in strandnähe

Bekam gleich zu beginn tee und kuchen und zu den ausflügen gabs von kim immer 2 flaschen wasser. Es war ein sehr angenehmer aufenthalt.
