I had a booking in the hotel and when I reached there they told me that the room I booked was not available. They asked me to pay additionally for a different room. I have travelled so much and it was the first time I have encountered such situation. They made me wait until they sort out things.
My suggestion for the hotel is to improve customer relation at front desk and hire employers who can atleast speak with a minimum of English language skills or use a translator.
