"Hotel is clean and location is amazing. Staff are friendly. My first disappointment was at the check in when I was told breakfast wasn’t included. When I booked the hotel, I didn’t pay attention, but considering the hotel is in a luxury category and by the price, I thought it was obvious breakfast was included. My bad!! Second disappointment. My room was super small and the toilet was loose. I let the lady at the reception desk know and, she told me she’d send someone to fix it. Two days...

"Our room had steps dividing it in half mid-room, which was dangerous for our one year old with the hard floor, and we couldn’t relax in the room while trying to keep him safe. We also weren’t comfortable using the radiator for his safety so our room was cold at night. Given the price of the bed and breakfast, we were also disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included."

"The room was extremely clean, but needs a little repair. There had obviously been a leak in the room above and the ceiling was quite water stained. As well there were holes in the hardwood floor that need to be repaired. If you can overlook these things, it is clean, the shower works and the bed is comfortable."
