"My room had apiece of trash behind the door and the toilet needed to be cleaned on the outside seat. The room needed a coffee maker since the lobby does not open until 6 which is when they also open the continental breakfast. The food was good for what it was. The stag was very friendly and provided excellent service. The remote to my was missing and when I reported it, they quickly found or replaced it. I did not use the outdoor pool but it look nice. It was screened it and bbq pit were near by...

"There are two primary reasons I rated this property 3 out of 5 stars. The room and facilities were very nice. However, this is a Springhill Suites, not a Motel 6. I did not expect to hear my neighbors walking on the floor above me, nor did I expect to hear them using the bathroom. This is not what I expect from a well-respected, higher-end chain like Springhill Suites. The other reason I am not completely happy is the parking fees. I knew about the $15/day parking when I reserved the room, but...
