The spacious property offers plenty of room to relax and is ideal for anyone who values peace and privacy. The finca is built directly on the beach; the house and pool are on the same level, making it largely barrier-free.

This unique finca, with its impressive pool and direct private beach access, offers not only exclusive, private beaches and hidden coves right on your doorstep but also an oasis of peace and relaxation. It features 4 stylishly furnished bedrooms in the Spanish style, 2.5 bathrooms, a large living area, and a well-equipped kitchen that invites guests to cook together. It offers barrier-free access in almost all rooms. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and state-of-the-art air conditioning.

Additionally, an exclusive tower for two people is available for rent. It features a
king-size bed, a private bathroom, a living area, and a private kitchen, and offers breathtaking ocean views—perfect for a special getaway for two or as a complement to the finca. This accommodates up to 10 people in total. Separate inquiries are welcome at any time.

Thanks to Wi-Fi throughout the house, working from home and co-working sessions are effortless, allowing you to perfectly combine work and relaxation.

The finca was renovated in 2024/2025 and brought up to the latest building standards; all historic Andalusian architectural elements have been preserved, but air conditioning, thermal windows, hot water supplied by a heat pump, and solar panels with a reduced ecological footprint make your vacation a relaxing, eco-friendly, and authentically Andalusian experience. In the summer, the proximity to the sea provides a pleasant breeze that tempers the high temperatures. With an average temperature of 18°C, the winter is particularly mild, making the finca a perfect destination year-round.

The finca is about a two-hour drive from Alicante Airport and about an hour from Murcia and Almería airports. For your stay, we recommend renting a car so you can explore the surrounding area flexibly and comfortably.

All areas of the house and garden are exclusively at your disposal and offer a secure, private space to park several cars. Only a small storage room is private and not accessible. The exclusive tower is accessible to guests only if it has been rented as part of the booking.
