Perfect Family Holiday

Our family & friends gather at Crystal River every year for the last 7 years. We enjoy the water, Scalloping, and each other. This Host & Home provided a perfect place to do all of that. The dock was plenty big enough to accommodate 2 boats. The pool was a wonderful place to unwind every evening. The home provided the space for everyone to relax and enjoy our meals and company.We’ve all agreed that this is the best place we have ever stayed at and we are planning on coming again next year!

Crystal River Bliss

I can’t say enough how amazing this property is. It felt like home. It is so well equipped, sparkling clean and unbelievably comfortable. The pool was perfect, and having a little dock was so much fun! We caught blue crab, saw a manatee, and drank coffee listening to the birds. Every detail was thought of and we will definitely be back as well as recommend to any families we know to stay there!

Late summer vacation/birthdays

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Indian River. It was so homey and newly renovated just as described. Our young boys enjoyed swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock. We rode bikes to the Crystal River Archeological Park and saw some of the most beautiful views atop the Indian mound overlooking the Crystal River. We ventured out to Three Sisters Springs and KP Hole for kayaking. The highlight was fishing with Native Charters (conveniently one street over) who we highly recommend. The neighborhood was quiet and people were friendly. Our host was very informative throughout our stay. We would recommend this home to anyone and we look forward to going back!

A scallopers paradise!

We had a wonderful time at this home! The canal provided easy access to the gulf and the kids caught tons of fish from the dock itself! The pool was a perfect hit for all & the house was perfectly stocked- not leaving us wanting for anything. The hosts were accommodating and easy to contact. We will definitely be back for scalloping next year.

Perfect Getaway - Great Property

We spent 4 nights in the house and it was absolutely amazing. We had a group of 5 adults, all celebrating our 50th birthday year. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. The house was extremely clean, well decorated, stocked very well with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We went and swam with the manatees, which was just about a 5 minute drive from the house, rented a boat and went kayaking during the day, then came back to the house at night and relaxed in the pool. We also saw manatees from the dock in the back of the house, so that was pretty neat as well. Overall, I highly recommend this house. It helped to make our friends vacation highly enjoyable.

Family vacay

The house was easy to find. The property appeared to be newly renovated and beautifully decorated! We utilized the boat dock as well which kept us from having to load and unload boat daily. The heated pool was perfect for the kids! Our only issue, which would be completely out of control of property owners, was the sand gnats. That was the entire area however. But thankfully there was a local Rural King store and we were able to get some things to help with that. Overall the house was absolutely perfect!

Nature Coast Gem

We spent two months in this beautiful area of the Nature Coast taking advantage of the many trails and Stste parks which are located within steps of the property. The house is beautifully renovated and very comfortable and the Host was very accommodating with our requests. Put this property on your Bucket-list if you are visiting the Nature Coast

Fantastic Stay—scalloping trip!

Wonderful home, very clean and well organized. Kitchen was stocked with essential cookware and tools. Loved cooling off in the pool after a long day of scalloping! Plenty of trailer parking on site.

Grandson get away

What a fabulous vacation! I traveled with my partner, son and grandson. There were lots of activities to keep a 10 year old engaged - ping pong, corn hole, pool table, bicycles and of course the heated pool! There were puzzles, and games that kept us laughing for sure. The home was beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. Everything was clearly labeled for ease of use. I can't think of anything I would have added. It was close to the center of town. For the most part it was quiet and serene although the neighbors across the water did enjoy playing their music for others to enjoy a couple of nights. Overall, I would certainly consider returning to this home.

Great family vacation

We had an amazing time staying at this property. The pool was perfect and heated! The house itself had a great layout and plenty of room. The house had literally everything you could need while there. I knew this would be the case but the neighbors are close by. We kept getting over the fence visits from the dog next door which was not an issue for us. The neighbors across the canal had several parties and the music was very loud/able to hear in the house. This didn’t bother us a ton but something to note.

Nice Crystal River Home

We enjoyed our stay. House was very clean, comfortable, nicely updated and well equipped. While home, we spent 95% of our time on the lanai. The pool was great.
