    ★ No smoking, parties, events, fireworks or unapproved dogs ($150 pet fee). Due to allergies, no cats permitted at any time. Please refrain from allowing dogs to go to the bathroom just outside of any exit door to minimize smells. Please clean up your pet's waste
    ★ Quiet hours 10PM-8AM to keep our neighbors happy
    ★ No more than 6 guests permitted on property at any time
    ★ Do not drive on the septic tank which is directly behind the home on a raised grassy area

    ♡ NOTE: Security cameras on the exterior record motion for your safety and ours. This home is on city water and has a septic tank. All faucets in the home are suitable for drinking, cooking, cleaning dishes, etc. There is a well for the sprinkler system and a spigot attached to the shed - this is non potable water! Do not drink from that particular spigot. The spigots attached to the home are safe and on city water.

Family Getaway

Very comfortable house that is nicely appointed. The pool table and arcade games make for fun evenings in. Close to fun spots in town for nights out.

Everything & more!

This house exceeded our expectations! Nice private location close to restaurants, shopping and activities. Includes everything desired to make you feel at home and more. Communication with owner was also excellent! Definitely recommend!

Family Friendly

The property is private and very nice! Very close to town and within a quick drive to fishing charters. Also close to rainbow river. The kids loved the arcade games and yard. We had some issues with the AC and the property manager handled it so well and super quickly. She went the extra mile.

We loved this place, neighbors were rude though

It’s a lovely place for sure I’d stay again but the neighbors lit off fireworks right outside the driveway and they were so loud they sounded like they were in the back yard and started around 10pm and continued until 1am, three nights in a row. We were wipe out from scalloping and would have liked to sleep. I was very worried about our cars as well. The neighborhood is a bit rundown, as we notice when walking. This is def the nicest house in the area. Very well kept and had everything and more then we needed. We would stay again,just not during 4th of July.

The host was so easy to work with! We forgot our keypad entry and she let us in right away! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed! The home was so clean and everything looked so new inside, it was wonderful! Awesome arcade games, huge fenced yard! Close to everything! We even made smores with the outside fire pit! We will definitely rent this house again! PS: the couch is the most comfortable couch I have ever sat on!!!!

Nice, clean, fun and comfortable

This home was very clean. It was stocked well and the owner’s thought if everything! The arcade games were a perfect touch to keep the kids occupied. The beds and couch were extremely comfortable. The layout is spacious so it accommodates families with kids well without feeling crowded! The location was also perfect. Close to everything within 5 minutes. We spent the days at Hunter Springs and nights watching football on the large TV! We would definitely go back!

Perfect!

We stayed here while in town to swim with manatees and explore some of the springs and tubing destinations. The house was absolutely adorable. All beds were very comfortable! The teens loved the pool table and arcade games. Very convenient location. I would stay here again 100% without hesitation!

Amazing House & Location For The Whole Family!!!

This truly was a gem in the most perfect location to see all the things Crystal River has to offer. It was so close to everything! The house had every possible detail right - from the cooking utensils in the kitchen to the dog bowl on the porch and everything in-between. Brittany was available super quick for anything we needed. The kids already want to come back, and also want an arcade game at home. Definitely 5+ stars!!

Great choice for families

This property has plenty of space for allowed number of guests. Home is nicely decorated and great floor plan for entertaining. Kayaking, tubing, & all water sports near by. Nice choice for our vacation.

Fabulous stay

We loved this property. It was better than we had expected. Enjoyed celebrating dad’s 81st. Played pool, enjoyed the fire pit, as well as the year. Dashes were able to be free and chase lizards. We loved sight seeing at the spring and a beautiful park in Dunnellon. The home owner is quick to respond and is very helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great experience overall!

Best VRBO stay I've ever had. House was way more than I expected and the pictures did not do it justice. Everything that I could need (and not even realize that I was going to need) was provided for and Brittany C was the easiest person to communicate with. The beds were very comfortable and fitting for our group. We came to stay for a full week of racing and had plenty of space for our truck and race trailer. We will definitely be back next year!

Excellent Property In Crystal River

We had a fantastic two week stay at this Crystal River home. (We were nervous booking a new property with no reviews). The home is situated on a large 1 acre site. The yard was fenced, perfect for 2 dogs. The home is in a semi rural part of Crystal River, minutes from everywhere, but homes were far apart, lots of privacy. (We also felt very safe here). Home was well stocked, all the dishes were new and in excellent condition, including a new gas grill which is very important for us. We did not lack for anything, Brittany was a fantastic host. Quick response to our inquiries. Totally 100% satisfied with our visit. You won't be disappointed.
