HAVE IT ALL in this beautiful 3/2 waterfront home with 50' of seawall and 24' floating dock! We think you'll love our home! Be sure to click on video for a little better look. Located on a deep-water canal just 6 lots in from the main river, we are half way between Shell Island/Gulf and Kings Bay/Three Sisters Springs. Keep a look out for manatees or dolphins while eating your Cheerios! Our bar height dining table gives a great view of the canal and makes every meal a potential adventure.

NEW FOR 2025: Commercial icemaker on premises. Makes 200lbs a day for our boaters & fishermen! Also, thanks to hurricane Helene, all new beds & furniture... : )

NEW FOR 2022: We just put in a 24' floating dock! Makes life much easier for all of our boaters. Also we now have a 10X12 seating area over the water so that you can see all the way down our canal to the main river! We have LIMITED PARKING: 3 vehicles & 1 boat trailer. Second boat must be pre-approved.

Having 3 King beds with flat screen TVs in all 3 bedrooms, this house comfortably sleeps 6 adults. No fold out sofas or bunk beds! The bathrooms have just been remodeled. Master bath has tub/shower and the other is a walk-in shower. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with everything we think you will need during your stay. We especially like the dining room / living room overlooking the canal. Cozy seating area with 55" TV, fireplace and full wall of windows makes this room the star of the house! The other living room is in the center of the house, with 2 couches and 2 chairs as well as a 60" TV for another great place to hang out & relax!

The screened porch also has a great view of the canal and the shade from the large oak tree keeps the temperature down in the afternoon. Cook up your fresh catch on the gas grill on the back deck. Relax by the water & watch boats go by! Please check out our 'STAY & PLAY for $100' at the bottom.

Location makes this house a dream! You are right in the middle of everything by car or by boat. By car you are 1 mile from boat launch and just a bit more to Twin Rivers Marina. 4 miles gets you to the beach and some spectacular sunsets! 4 miles the opposite direction gets you to Plantation Golf Course, grocery store, restaurants and the rest of civilization. By boat you are just 6 houses in from the Crystal River and the beginning of your adventures! 15-20 minutes to Shell Island and then on to fishing or scalloping. And it takes even less time to get you back to Kings Bay. Take a dip at Hunters Springs. Snorkel or dive the main spring in Kings Bay. Tie up at Crackers or The Waterfront Social for lunch, dinner or just a cocktail on the water!

If weather keeps you indoors, we have puzzles, games and books. 5 TV's with Premium Cable package means no fighting over the remote! The screened porch is roofed so you can still be outside if you want to watch and hear the rain. Nice day but just feeling lazy? Jump in the hammock and relax! Not lazy? Hop in one of our 4 kayaks and explore nature up close and personal! Fish or catch crabs off our dock. We are sure that you will be delighted with all that this house has to offer!

If you are staying with us during Hurricane Season (May-Nov) please purchase Travel Insurance. We are in flood zone A and will be the 1st on the list for Mandatory Evacuation. You will HAVE TO LEAVE and the insurance will cover the missed days of your stay.

STAY & PLAY A LITTLE LONGER FOR JUST $100! If no new guests are checking in on your day out, we can change your check-out time from 10AM to 6PM. You can get in an extra fishing trip, swim with the manatees or just sleep in & do a late lunch! Or we can do it the other way around to get you early check-in, 11AM instead of 4PM. You can request this option when booking & if it is available, we will block the time for you.
