    Un pequeño apartamento de una habitación que cuenta con todas las comodidades del hogar, como una cafetera individual, TV ROKU (tanto en la habitación como en la sala de estar) y WIFI. La sala de estar tiene un escritorio dedicado para trabajar cuando se supone que está disfrutando de sus vacaciones. El sofá es un sofá cama si se necesita espacio adicional para dormir. The property couldve been a little cleaner and the mattress was on top of a plastic sheet so it kept sliding off the bed but other than that it was a cozy little place to stay and I would stay there again.

This place was a cozy quiet little place just off the busy Main Streets of Crossville. In a quiet neighborhood. Easy parking. The apartment was super clean and neat. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants quiet.

This property was an excellent value. Other than issues with the bedroom TV, we had a great stay. Working with the host was easy and they were very responsive.

Traveling for a family reunion, I was looking for something simple, as we were not going to be hanging out at the house at all.I found the property clean and convenient with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was only one hiccup, but it was quickly resolved.This property is definitely a great value and it is run efficiently.

never got to stay - bedbugs!

Most of the above are merely "I don't know" but there's no option for that. Just a couple of days before checking in, they canceled our stay due to bedbugs. But that didn't stop the automated instructions for checking in, nor the one for checking out, nor this survey. Stevens Realty needs a good IT person, the website forms for signing up failed repeatedly and then there were a runaway of automated messages that were unnecessary. I sincerely hope the promised refund happened!!!

Graduation

The walkway smelled of cat pee. Once inside it was clean until i looked up at the ceiling fan. I don't think it had ever been cleaned. I took care of that. Next morning I wrnt to the kitchen for breakfast. Bowl was dirty. Took care of that. Shower was next. To small of a shower and there were only 3 towels for a 7 day stay. Took care of that. It is a very nice place. Neighbors didn't always leave enough room to park and they would talk loud outside the back door. I will be returning soon. Hope things are better this time.

Terrible property

This property is managed by a realty agent and is not in good condition. There is a shared entryway with an adjoining property, which was full of bugs and complete with an army of ants. Inside the whole place had a musty smell. There are stains on the bedroom carpet, broken blinds in the bedroom and living area, and the whole place needs a thorough top to bottom cleaning. Also the place is in dire need of repainting and refurbishment. The toilet nearly comes off the floor when you get up from it, and the shower nearly comes out of the wall when you try to adjust the head. The stove is rusty, as is the shelf in the freezer. The adjoining property is not a holiday rental but a permanent residence and the people there are not connected with this property in any way. They have motorbikes and noisy dogs, and woke us up at 6-30am when they were mowing the grass outside! Overall we were not happy here and left after one night. The only saving grace is that the bed was comfortable, other than that this place has nothing to recommend it. We contacted the agent before we left, but they had no solutions to offer us.

Temporary 5 month stay.

Dirty loud nieghbors at the duplex. Thier dogs waking you at 4am and ripping the structure up. Dirty stained sheets. Molded shower liner and worn out dollar general cookware. Had to use all our stuff there. Physically left before our time was up. Very disappointed.

Comfortable stay

The place was comfortable and quiet, a nice place with everything I needed to enjoy my stay. I had business in Lake Tansi and it was very convenient, also convenient to Crossville town. I would stay there again.
