Cozy vacation home with a sauna, right next to the forest. Four-legged friends are welcome!

Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio, relax in the sauna, or take a walk with your dog through the adjacent forest and experience nature. In the summer, you can cool off in the pool. For the active type, the Elster Bike Trail is nearby. Culture lovers will find inspiration in the neighboring cities of Naumburg and Jena.

This cozy vacation home is suitable for four people. The 65 square meters of living space is spread over three floors. Enjoy cozy moments in the spacious living room with a dining area, recliners, and internet TV. Two bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub, a sauna with a shower, and a rustic kitchen leave little to be desired. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic cooktop and a dishwasher. The central heating system, which also provides hot water, runs on solid fuel (wood) and has a “green” footprint.

Pets are ❤️ welcome and can run around freely on the fenced-in, 1,200-square-meter property. You can park your car under the carport on the property.

The outdoor area is rounded out by a covered, rustic seating area and a barbecue area. In the summer, there’s a solar-powered shower with a view of the forest, and the pool provides the perfect way to cool off.

The vacation home is located at the end of a small vacation home community. The last 700 meters from the main road run along a narrow, gravel vineyard road and aren’t exactly for the faint of heart or novice drivers ;-)
The ceiling height in the lower living area (bathroom, sauna, kitchen, 1 bedroom) is approximately 200 cm.
Guests can access the bedroom in the attic via a ladder with a handrail from the living room.
