"The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. We did have to download an app to get a precise location which was unexpected, but easy enough to use. The beds were very comfortable and the location beautiful. If you are looking for a rural retreat in order to explore the beautiful scenery, it's a wonderful choice! Word of warning: careful with the upstairs windows as flies like to congregate on them!"

"This was an absolutely perfect stay for our trip. The property within and of itself is well-kept, clean, quiet, and extremely convenient for sightseeing and easy access to transportation. If I do return to Falkirk I would definitely stay here again."

"This is a great wee house it has everything you need and we were impressed to see just how much thought had gone into making your stay as comfortable as possible We feel the pictures do not do the house justice we will definitely book again"

"Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner instantly to show us around and how to control the Hottub, lighting's etc in this accommodation. (Helped alot) Great wee Pod and very quiet as this is away from major roads. We had no issues,except the accommodations Speakers, there was nothing to show how to connect to them. (Not really an issue but would have been a nice addition). The Biscuits were 2x months past they're BBE, so they wete really spft but i still ate them! Haha"

"We really enjoyed being in the centre of town, at an easily walkable distance from all amenities, while tucked in a quiet location. Very well equipped for meals and for evening conversation. "

"Property is very well kept and comfortable. Met Rosie and Dave as soon as we arrived and they gave us a quick tour of the property. The road leading in is a farm track but is very clearly identified and Rosie made sure to provide excellent instructions, as long as you stick to one side or the other it is easy to avoid bottoming the vehicle. The hot tub and pool are shared but this was excellently communicated as well and a schedule shows exactly when your cottage can access it. The pool and hot...

"Wonderful accommodation for us to have during our wedding weekend to celebrate our sons wedding in Fintry. Everything could not have been more perfect. Beautiful views, wildlife in the garden and exquisite artwork from our host Iona. Very very highly recommended property "

"This is our 4th trip to The Retreat and we have had another excellent stay at this wonderful property. The cottage is immaculate and well stocked with everything you could need for your stay. The kids loved playing in the garden and the hot tub. The hosts are welcoming and communication with them was easy and straightforward. Can't wait to return!"
