"I booked a stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Sighisoara - Cavaler through Expedia. Upon arrival, the receptionist clearly told us that we did not have a reservation and that the hotel was fully booked. Showing her the booking confirmation from Expedia did not change her position. After some discussion with the receptionist — who was not helpful at all — we were told to contact Expedia ourselves to resolve the issue and find another place to stay for the night. The choice of breakfast was simple but we loved the freshly cooked omelette which set us up for the day wandering around the citadel. The only gripe we had was hair on the salami tray but it happens when you have buffet breakfast with guests. "
