1 block to Elk Ave on quiet 4th and Sopris. THE PERFECT LOCATION!!!! Walk, bike, hike from your festive location. Restaurants close, but shielded. Free bus to ski area 1/2 block. 10 minutes with close drop. Check in 3pm. Check out 10am unless arranged differently with host. Hot Tub!!!

Enjoy this large and comfortable apartment located in a private home in historic downtown Crested Butte, CO. It has a private entrance with off street parking and is only 1/2 block to the free shuttle, Camp 4 Coffee, and downtown dining. Walk to the nightlife and shopping and ride the short shuttle for slopeside like convenience to the ski area. The best of both worlds.

The apartment is spacious with ample storage for your skis, snowboards, kayaks, canoes, toys and mountain bikes in a huge private mud room. After a long day of play relax with a soak in your private outdoor hot tub or enjoy a game of pool or a movie. In the living room there is a 40 inch TV with high Roku. definition. Another Roku TV in a bedroom. Both have HDMI cables for your devices

Your dog will be welcome and enjoy his/her stay with pet bowls. This is a perfect base for your Crested Butte vacation.

Perfect location

Cute little dog-friendly house, location was perfect- everything in town was walkable- never drive our car once we arrived. The bus to the mountain was less than a block away. Rob was very attentive and accommodating.

Excellent location

The location is perfect for a Crested Butte adventure. We skied CB every day. The free mtn shuttle is 1/2 block walk. Elk Ave is a block away. Doesn't get any better. Rob was a great host, easy check in, great communication. The basement apartment fit our family and friends very well for the week. It is a very informal, fun place with the Mexico theme kitchen and pool table/ game room. The Kitchen has most of the basics you need for preparing meals.

Perfect Home Base for Crested Butte Adventures

Super fun interior with a pool table in the living room, hot tub and fire pit outside, mud room for activities (skis, muddy boots etc). Walking distance to everything in town. Rob was a super helpful host and we’ll definitely be back.

we couldn't have had a better location! 1 block from Elk Ave, full of shops and restaurants. Starting line for the race was mere blocks from this property. Just a lovely weekend to participate in a fundraiser for Living Journeys and enjoy golden aspen.

Perfect location

We came up for a few days for a wedding and absolutely loved this location! It’s a block from Elk (Main Street) and had a perfect backyard for us to hang out with our pup, read in the sun, hot tub, etc. Rob was very friendly and prompt in responding and helped make our stay great. This was our first time staying in the town of Crested Butte (vs. Mount Crested Butte), and it was well worth it!

Weekend Getaway

Great location and appreciate Rob allowing us to bring our pack of dogs! The place could use a little TLC and thorough cleaning, but comfortable and quiet. Note, It’s a basement with Rob living above so you don’t have the place to yourself.

Great Location

It was a great location we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The yard was small and was not fenced so if you have a dog that may be a problem and no light in the back so dark at night. We felt the rental could have been cleaner, but had everything we needed the host Rob was very nice and was available if we did need anything or had questions.
