"The hotel is beautiful and the staff are all very nice! There is a beautiful park next to the property where you can walk and enjoy the Florida sunshine and watch the ducks swimming in the pond! You can walk down Main Street to find great restaurants, fun bars, a great antique shop and just a couple blocks away and up a flight of stairs is the best boutique ever! We will definitely stay here again!"

"Great location. Within 20 minutes of almost everything in the Tarpon Springs / Dunedin area. Kind staff. One of the best regular hotels in the area. Would recommend."

"Likes: Very clean, and quiet. Comfortable beds, and a good selection of tv channels. A free trolley runs a circle from the hotel (and others ?), to downtown Port Richey every 15 minutes. Dislikes: the shower tub is EXTREMELY slippery. It wasscary (I'm 64). I asked the front desk about it and was told there should be a shower mat-there wasn't(they even looked themselves), and provided one. They said housekeeping must have forgotten. Upon check out I told the desk that was my biggest complaint....

"Awesome and Super Clean hotel. Super convenient right in the middle of Holiday, New Port Richie and ClearWater Bay. Zoey was amazing to deal with when we asked for an early check in. She situated us next to each other. I was very very surprised that the hotel was very clean and had zero bad smell. We've checked in on some sketchy hotels that was supposedly good but this place was a very nice surprise. Breakfast was good and the service lady in the morning was very attentive to any of our...

"We stayed 2 nights in Tampa. The first was at the holiday inn, the second night was in a much more expensive hotel. While the more expensive hotel was a bit fancier, we only had 2 towels, bath tub dripped, and wasn't nearly as clean, and it was booked months in advance. Our stay at holiday inn was booked last minute, but we found enough towels for all 6 of us, everything worked perfectly, (including both door key cards!), the entire property was spotless, and the breakfast was fantastic! "
