Great house. Communication with host was a bit slow but otherwise, the place was well-appointed and the movie/game rooms were great for our kids.

I highly recommend staying here!! Everything was nice and clean! The kitchen was fully stocked. The hot tub was clean and the game room was great! The movie theater was the best part!! The host always replied in a timely manner! I couldnt recommend staying here enough!!

The cabin and surrounding area was beautiful! A nice, quite place to stay with full amenities and accommodations. Easily fits a large group with plenty of space for everyone. I would 100% stay again!

Our stay was ok

We wont stay at this location again. The owner lied to us when we first booked the lodge. She told us we could have a noon check out. But when we got to the lodge she changed her mind. The main level of the lodge was warm but the second level was so cold. We woke every morning freezing. The upstairs tub drains while your trying to fill the tub. Our second night the ceiling started to leak the bed was soaked and the carpet. This is not a safe place for kids to be here either. The banisters on both sides coming down the stairs are coming off and falling apart. Their are nails exposed everywhere for anyone to get hurt on. I wouldnt recommend staying their.

Great Trip

What an amazing time at Majestic Lodge. So many things to do, great location and we saw deer everyday. There is a lot of space to spread out both indoors and out. We had to pivot slightly because the picture showed a gas grill when in fact it has been switched out for charcoal. We got that figured out though but we would have planned slightly differently. The Hocking Hills area is breathtaking with this being our first time, we were not sure what to expect. We would definitely stay here again! That basketball court got a lot of use as did the fire pit. Definitely a memorable trip for our 3 families.

Peaceful and relaxing weekend

Great location to Hocking Hills parks. Beautiful cabin, everything was very clean and comfortable and in great condition. The kids enjoyed the game room, theater room, and outdoor area. The host supplied soaps in all of the bathrooms and the kitchen, paper towels, and trash bags. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!

Wonderful family vacation

We celebrated my husbands 60th birthday with our kids and grandkids and this property was a perfect place for us! So much for the kids to do! Basketball, movie theater, campfires, very spacious open concept allowed us to all be together and cook while playing card games and watching baseball all in the same huge space! We WILL be back for sure!! Property manager Angel is fabulous! She answers questions and comments right away and is so helpful!

Friends Getaway

Angela was amazing to work with! The house was so clean, the beds were wonderful and the air conditioning was cold which was great since we were there during the heat wave! The kids loved the basketball court, all the games in the basement and the hot tub. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent Family Weekend!

14 of us ages 2-72 had two excellent days and nights in this property. All of us were able to sleep in beds (some sharing) comfortably. There is plenty of fun to be had staying on the property between the basketball court, game room, hot tub and fire pit. Communication with the property owner and manager was excellent, responsive and courteous. We did a hike the Ash Cave, less than 10 minute drive, which was perfect for our group with our wide range of ages and abilities. The second floor loft bedroom has its own separate A/C which should be started before bedtime to get it to a comfortable temp for sleeping. We had a memorable and fun family weekend and would recommend this property to groups large or small.

Majestic and accommodating! Lovely getaway!

We celebrated my sister in law’s birthday with friends and absolutely loved the Majestic Luxury Lodge! Angel was very responsive, communicative, and helpful. The rooms were clean, so spacious, and inviting. The huge open concept living room was perfect for our group to gather and we hung out on the balcony with coffee and then around the fire pit soaking up the fall foliage. We hosted 9 people for a long weekend and lived it up playing games, making food, watching movies in the amazing theatre room and soaking in the hot tub. We also booked the Hocking Hills Traveling Massage for on-site massages which was so relaxing. It was the perfect set up in the basement space. We took a quick drive to do an easy hike at Ash Cave about 10 minutes away. The soaps, lotions, towels, kitchen items, glassware and plate ware was abundant along with toiletries, which sometimes is not the case in some rentals. Wi-Fi worked for us but we couldn’t make calls out easily but that was to be expected. Angel was very responsive when I needed to have the upstairs bedroom A/C unit looked at and maintenance came right away to empty the reservoir. The hot tub was cold when we arrived but it heated up to 104 within 6-7 hours. The only thing I would recommend is a deck box for the patio furniture cushions since they had stains on them from being exposed to the weather.

Keener 75th birthday surprise

Surprised my husband for his 75th birthday by renting the Majestic Lodge for our family. In addition we attended the Ohio University Homecoming football against Kent State. 2 grandchildren attend Kent and 1 at OU. Majestic Lodge made it more special! Only disappointment was the leaves were just starting to change. That’s out of your control! Thanks Vrbo!!!

Extended family get away

Excellent property and communication with host. Appreciated some amenities often not found in other VRBO’s I’ve stayed (hairdryer, body lotion, swim towels etc). Only downside was slightly unreasonable check in/check out times.

Incredible Weekend!

This was an incredible property where 14 friends gathered for the weekend. This is perfect for entertaining with so many great tables and seating whether on the deck, living room or outside. The basketball court was awesome with the nearby fire pit as well as the game room, movie theater and hot tub. The beds were also some of the best I’ve had for any type of rental. Very comfortable. It was so seamless to check in, communicate with host, and it was very well stocked with whatever you’d need in the kitchen. Couldn’t have hoped for anything better.

Perfect in every way!

Somehow this place surpassed our high expectations. The attention to detail to make every person feel comfortable and cozy was just amazing. The master suite balcony that could be closed off for privacy; the game room on the floor with the kids rooms and movie room; water that doesn't smell funny; and the extra floor on top for separated space as needed. This place seems majestic for any family or friend group...with or without kids...and kids at any age. Well done!! Thank you for the he memories!! We will be back!

This is a beautiful home. It is a great place to stay.

I would stay here again. My family of 14 were very comfortable. There was a lot to do. The basketball court, game room, and theater kept my grandchildren busy the whole time. The host was wonderful to work with. Thank you for our family Christmas memory.

Best Hocking Hills Cabin

This cabin is truly the best I have stayed in over the many years I have been coming to Hocking Hills! It was EXTREMELY clean and the large open concept kitchen and living room was so accommodating to our large group. The hot tub worked very well (many times the hot tubs do not stay hot), the basketball court was a really fun touch, and the bedrooms are very large and spacious. The modern decor/furniture was an added bonus! Angel responded right away with each and every question I had. The basement bedrooms do get a little hot compared to the upstairs, so I recommend bringing a fan! I plan on booking again next year! Thanks again, Angel!

Great Cabin in Hocking Hills

This was a great cabin in the Hocking Hills area. Plenty of space for my group of 12 people. The check in process was easy and the communication with the hosts was great. Everything was very clean and well kept. The theater room was a big hit with the kids in the group, with plenty of dvds of different genres for everyone to watch included. The game tables, all of which seemed to be brand new, were popular as well. All of the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space in each of the rooms. The kitchen had everything you would need to eat in, but we ate out at all the great restaurants nearby instead. The basketball court, fire pit, and hot tub outside were all very nice as well. All in all, this is a great cabin to rent if you have a large group.
