The apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 guests and features 1 double bedroom, which opens directly onto a small balcony. The living area is bright and well-appointed, complete with a dining table and access to a large terrace, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, and the resort. The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC. Natural stone floors run throughout the property, lending the interiors a refined and authentic character. Access to the apartment is provided via a private entrance through an external stone staircase, which is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

The apartment is outfitted with a comprehensive selection of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove with 4 gas rings, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, a toaster, and a kettle, making it ideal for preparing meals at any time of day.
