"The staff was friendly and helpful, the property needs to be painted, the pool was full of leaves, the room had no Kettle, not even a little fridge, no hand soap, no small shower gel, The front desk could not even find them at times. In the advertising the room it mentions breakfast included this was not the case and i am very much upset about this fall advertising. "

"My stay at Jem Gems was excellent. The host picked me up at the airport and was there on time. She was very friendly and polite. The room was very clean and spacious. I was very grateful for the refreshments she provided. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. I would highly recommend Jem Gems. On a scale from 1 to 10, I give it a 10!"

"Our entire stay has been nothing but fabulous! The whole staff is so sweet and helpful. They’re so personable and lovely people. " The room was clean and modern and very comfortable but my favorite was the bed. It was super comfortable; so much so that it felt like I was sleeping on air. The staff were also super helpful. The shuttle was an added bonus. I did not take the shuttle to the hotel and our taxi driver got lost. So make sure you let the hotel know your arrival details so that the shuttle would be available. "

"Atlantis is beautiful, the staff are great, and the east coast is a wonderful peaceful place. We've stayed before and always enjoy our stay. You'll need a car - there isn't much in terms of supermarket or dining etc nearby, altho "De Garage" is just around the corner and they make some great food and have basic items like snacks etc. All in all, a great experience as always :)"
