"Property is in a nice location with river view and close to Campbellford. Pool was small but very clean. Cabins, however, are old, run-down and not very clean. Ceiling fan didn't work, light bulbs were missing, some windows would not open and fire pit was not cleaned out from previous guests prior to our arrival. Cabins and property need a freshening and fixing up."

"house was clean and well-maintained, nothing missing. We enjoyed cooking on the BBQ. We did not used the spa as it was locked and water not warm enough but we did not bother asking for the code. Lawn needed to be mowed but overall a great place to stay and it was enjoyed by everyone in our group."
