"We had a lovely stay with our kids. The location was perfect and made it very easy to travel to Mount Washington. The place was comfortable and worked well for a family. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always in touch, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We felt well taken care of and would happily stay here again."

"Very nice stay for my wife and I. Large bedroom upstairs and tv/kitchen downstairs allowed for quiet mornings and bedtimes. Very well appointed with all necessities and ordaments/books/games. Close to all amenities but in a nice walkable neighborhood."

"This is our second time staying here and again we were extremely happy. As we stayed during Christmas Tom put a tree up for us and also put hooks on the fireplace so we could hang stockings :)The topper for us is when we found a baby gate in the closet!! Tom has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxing - would give 8 stars if I could :) Thank you Tom from all our family :)"

"We had a lovely stay at Oak and Fern. The suite is spotless and very nicely decorated. It is stocked with everything you could need. I might add a French press or drip coffee machine but otherwise it is the best stocked VRBO I have stayed in! The balcony is spacious and a great place to hang out. The location is convenient for Courtney, Comox and outdoor activities. Check in was a breeze. "
