I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. "

"Ski in ski out, 5 min walk from ski bubble, very clean, very comfortable, very quiet, charming 60s style decoration. Only negative is the hassle to rent your bed sheets and no hairdryer, but nit negatuve enough for not coming back. Definitely recommend the place to stay."

"Claude's cosy apartment had everything we needed, but most of all the location is excellent, 2 min walk to the slopes with amenties just opposite the apartment! The place itself is a little dated but that wasnt our priority, location was, and this place is great. You need to provide your own bedding and towels and you have to clean before you leave, which leavesbyou at risk of turning up to a messy apartment from previous lazy occupants, but this wasn't the case for us. All in all, would not...

"Stayed here as a group of 6 adults. Host Peter was quick and easy to communicate with. Apartment living area was nice and spacious, however the kitchen is a little small to accommodate meal prep for 6 people if you’re planning on eating in. Otherwise the apartment is is in a great location close to the slopes and town with a handy ski locker downstairs. Highlight has to be the Sauna which we used most evenings. Would stay again!"

"No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct."

"Notre séjour de 13 jours a été vraiment top. le logement et le batiment sont vraiment excellent. Notre grosse déception a été qu'il n'y a pas de femmes de ménage en dessous de 15 nuits de réservation. donc à 13 nuits, il faut se laver soit même ses draps et serviettes. pour le reste, il y a un aspirateur. J'ai trouvé que ce service au moins tous les 3 jours aurait validé notre séjour comme parfait. A ce standing et tarif, c'est vraiment essentiel ! Petit déjeuner en logement, minimaliste, je ne...

"This property is fantastic. It’s spacious, warm and welcoming. The location is perfect and the views are outstanding from all of the windows in the property. The apartment was super clean and communication with the host was first class. The sauna was a real treat at the end of a long day of skiing. Can not recommend this property enough."

"The property is in an ideal location for everything - ski in/ski out just next to the Ariondaz lift. Shops, bars and restaurants all 2 minutes walk. Property is well equipped with everything you need. It is compact but modern and has a very new feel to it. Overall, excellent."

"Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée, l appartement sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux à cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse. Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hôtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. "
