Adorned with bright pops of color, tasteful artwork, and plush furnishings, every corner of this home has been curated for your comfort. The sun-filled living room features ample, soft seating, a large TV, and gleaming Penn Cove views. Break away and discover Coupeville's charming downtown area just minutes away or explore a variety of other local attractions including multiple parks ready to be explored.

    The quirky full kitchen comes equipped with turquoise cabinetry, ample meal prep space, and an in-kitchen breakfast table. When you aren't eating tasty treats here, gather at the formal dining table or alfresco lakeside. Also off this space, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer.

    The additional family room offers a serene spot to engage in your favorite board games or late-night chats. In each of the bedrooms, you'll find fun patterns, inviting color palettes, and high-quality linens. Crack the home's ample windows when additional airflow is needed, and during the cooler months, utilize the central furnace.

    Outside, enjoy shared beach access for wades in the water, kayaking, sandcastle building, and mussel boat watching. Nuzzle up with your vacation read on the home's large deck and watch harbor seals frolic nearby, or gather around the firepit for shared s'mores and campfire stories.

    All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
    This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

    Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The mobile home site is amazing! The water comes right up to the house and the views of the bay are stunning. We loved the colorful decor and the comfort of the furnishings- they have really fixed this old place up beautifully.Unfortunately, our arrival was not ideal as we could not get the keypad to work. By the time we waited on hold with Vacasa for 10 minutes and tried different things, eventually resorting to a temperamental key, we had been out in the cold for half an hour. Then we were shocked VERY early in the morning (5?) by the noisy unloading of shellfish bins 2 doors up. There is a business there that then runs trucks right up behind this house. It sounded like trash trucks slamming cans and loud engines all morning. Not happy campers. Maybe this is seasonal? I can't believe the noise hasn't been mentioned more.The showers and showerheads had mold and stains that were pretty disgusting. One was just too gross to use.We asked for a little grace for the check out time, since we hadn't had much sleep for the 2 nights because of all the noise, but Vacasa wouldn't even grant us that.Also, there were no trespassing signs on the beach, so we couldn't even take a walk on the beautiful bay.Coupeville is close by and is a lovely, friendly town. We had a great time there! But next time we'll definitely stay elsewhere.

Yes! This was an amazing place to have our women's college friend reunion. The place was adorable! We loved the decorations, the art and the comfort. The view was spectacular and the location was great.

The location is gorgeous. It was a little hard to find and get into. It’s unclear what the front and back of the house is. Host response was quick and friendly and helped me gain access to the property. Once in, over the next two days I figured everything out.

Great location, nice decor, my rating is a tad harsh due to lacking communication:- the description mentions that there's AC, but there's none. There's a heater thermostat.- I contacted the support twice, they answered almost instantly promising to contact me soon and resolve the AC issue. No one ever did follow up, so I basically wasted my time.- one of the rooms smelled like cigarettes, fortunately we didn't need it- the property was cleaned, but not thoroughly, if that is possible at all, there was a tennis ball left from a dog and dog's hair in some places. Not too bad, but if someone has an allergy it could be a problem (there's smell coming from the couch and rugs).

We had such a wonderful stay! Upon our arrival we were immediately greeted by a seal and a heron on the pebble beach. The house itself is beautifully decorated and contains all the amenities you could hope for (washer/dryer, full kitchen, smart tv, and even a record player). We also loved the back porch and could easily stare at the sunrise & sunset views for hours. Would love to return here someday!

Beautiful View

This house was great for a girls getaway. The house was clean, comfortable, accommodating and beautifully decorated. The view from the deck was stunning! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful stay!

Overall, the place was very nice and comfortable. Good mattress in primary. Plenty of linens. The views were amazing!! We watched the seals every night. While all the surfaces and floors were clean, the place could use a deep clean (vents, lots of the silverware and cooking stuff were dirty).

Little Gem on Penn Cove

Beautiful and tranquil spot on the waters of Penn Cove. Super clean, comfy beds plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The perfect spot for a mother/daughter long weekend getaway. We'll definitely be back!

Girls Weekend

This was our second time staying here and we love it for the peace and tranquility of the location, the well furnished space and roominess and most of all the happy decor! It is located close to Coupeville for fun shopping jaunts to the stores and restaurants but we make most of our meals in the kitchen. No matter what the weather, the covered porch overlooking Penn Cove is a great hangout spot for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening while watching the posse of curious harbor seals cruise by.
