Blue Ribbon Beach House

Beautiful west facing beachfront home - perfect intimate getaway for a couple with fireplace and long beach walks, but also easily hosts two couples and kids. Tastefully decorated, stunning water views and west facing sunsets. Enjoy all the amenities of a hotel plus fully equipped kitchen. Watch wildlife from your front window: seals, dolphins, eagles and sea birds all call this place home.

** Elevated Cleaning Protocol** Professional cleaning and sanitizing. All carpets recently shampooed, king and queen mattresses replaced and exterior recently painted.

Beautifully situated beach house on Admiralty Bay with all the extras you'll need: nearby pool in Fort Casey, kids park at the end of the street, four bikes in garage, two full baths, lovely rock beach for walking.

All space is accessible, except a locked cabinet in kitchen for supplies. Garage stores bikes and garbage. Garage is accessible for camping or bike storage but no space in garage for car parking. Please limit guests to no more than 8, including children.

Detailed reference book with restaurant and activity recommendations is available on premises.

Whidbey Island Naval Air Station does fighter jet practice in the area, and while fun to watch, it can get loud. Current schedule is available by doing internet search on Whidbey Island Naval Air Flight Schedule.

The house and the location are beautiful. Emily was such a great host. She provided great communication and was easy to work with. This was a girls trip with seven women and we all have a wonderful time. Every morning, a bald eagle visited the shoreline and we got to just watch him hunt and fly. It was amazing thank you Emily for the wonderful stay..

A lovely weekend getaway!

This house was great for our weekend family getaway. The space was very accessible, even for some of us with mobility challenges. We really enjoyed the peaceful and calming views of the water, as well as the wildlife, both above water and below.

Perfect driftwood beach stay

My kids loved staying right on the water and building forts with driftwood. We saw dolphins, seals, jelly fish, salmon and herons. Lovely weekend.

Beautiful luxury right on the water with lovely views of Admiralty Inlet and beyond. We loved the back patio and beach access, the lovely kitchen, bedrooms, and living room, the wall of windows and doors out to the water. We had 2 memorable nights here in late June but it would be a perfect spot any time. Just can’t say enough good things about this house. The best!

Blue Ribbon Beach House is a great place for friends to come together

We came up from the Bay Area to see my daughter and old friends. She brought her roomies. Together, the 8 of us had a wonderful weekend at the Blue Ribbon. There's plenty of room to break into smaller groups to talk, read, and cook. The kitchen is well appointed, the rooms and bathrooms clean. The views across the water will stay with us.

Great spot for weekend getaway with friends

For my 40th birthday a group of 6 friends choose the Blue Ribbon Beach House for a celebratory weekend. Everyone was able to get their own bed (we even had a spare in the loft). Beautiful view and easy access to walk to the water. About a 15-20 minute drive to town.

Amazing beach house!

This was an amazing property - even better than the pictures! I stayed here with a friend for a long weekend and we were blown away by how well thought out the house is. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need, including spices, and the knives and pans are high quality and in good condition. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels and blankets. And the beach - AMAZING! We spent hours on the deck watching porpoises, salmon and seals. We walked to Fort Casey and enjoyed watching the ferries come and go. If you’re on the fence about booking it, just do it. I hope I’ll be able to come back!

Great location for a retreat!

We had a work retreat at Emily's place. It was an incredible place to stay as well as plan strategically together. The living room is spacious and accommodated 8 of us perfectly. The glass windows everywhere provided a great spot for post-it notes and strategic sessions. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Ideal and Suburb Beachfront Gateway

Easy access, beautiful and well stocked interior, and views incomparable! I cannot recommend this house enough. Wonderful kitchen, common spaces, and lovely bathrooms. Truly a gem.

Beach Perfection!

My sister-in-law and I took my mom and our 3 adult daughters for a ladies staycation. This house is perfect. They had everything we needed and more. It was great for my mom to walk down to the beach or just sit on the bench out front and watch the waves. My only complaint is we didn’t stay longer. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful beachfront home

Our family loved our short stay in this lovely house in an incredible setting! We all had a great time on the beach, and our young daughters were fascinated by the driftwood. I highly recommended this house and location!
