"We were greeted in a quick, friendly manner, even when arriving to check in after 2:30am! The entire staff was friendly the following day. The room was very clean with plenty of clean towels for all 3 of us. Would definitely stay here if we visited Auburn, IN again! "

I suspect we were then put in a room that they hadn’t finished remodeling. The hotel was fine, and the main part of our room was OK. But the showerhead was broken, the bathtub spout was stained, the overhead bathroom fan was hanging down as it might fall, there was paint where it shouldn’t be and lack of paint where there should.
