We stayed here for the College World Series games. We were able to walk to the pedestrian bridge, get on the electric bikes & ride them downtown. The place was perfect for our family. Only issue was the shower handle, which was communicated to the owner upon discovery. They responded quickly & offered to have it fixed while we were there. Other than that— no issues. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were very nice. Thanks for a great stay!

The place was clean as a whistle. Everything is labeled so no searching through drawers. Central heat and air worked fantastic. Literally minutes away from so much to do. Only issue I had was if some one is staying upstairs and they have kids your more than likely to hear the thumping of footsteps and running. But it was only a minor inconvenience. Beds are a little firm but I like super soft so I’m picky. Still very comfortable. Black out curtains in the bedrooms make for a great nights sleep. Also for those who need a little white noise there is a fan you can use. Bathroom was excellent with a bidet and tub/shower with plenty of room. Would highly recommend this for a family or a small group of people.

Great Place to Stay

This place was a great place to stay. Super easy to get to and inside. The place was clean and was just like the description. We explored the area and it was a nice surprise to have a walking path that led to a pedestrian bridge over to Nebraska. Such a cool area.

Great location, really well organized, nicely equipped, clean, and comfortable. Really appreciated the thoughtful approach to making the kitchen, living/sleeping spaces, and bathroom so functional and comfortable to use and keep clean. We had a really nice family stay, along with our teenage daughters, in the Council Bluffs/Omaha metro.
